Surabaya Fashion Parade 2019 To Engage Citizens Preserve The Local Culture, Check Out The Series of Events

iniSURABAYA – Surabaya Fashion Parade routinely held in order to preserve the culture. For that reason, the Indonesian Fashion Chamber (IFC) as the event organizer has prepared the agenda of celebrating the annual event of cultural heritage themed fashion designs.

“Through Surabaya Fashion Parade (SFP) this time we will invite the designers and citizens to participate in an effort to preserve culture in the event of SFP 2019,” confirmed Yunita Kosasih as the Head of Surabaya Fashion Parade 2019.

A designer who’s well-known for her ethnic style design continued, there are some ways to participate in the event such as to join the Batik Contest 2019, Surabaya Designer Award 2018, Illustration Contest and of course the Models Contest.

SFP, this time with the theme ‘Fusione’, will take place at Tunjungan Plaza 3 Surabaya Convention Hall on the 6th floor. The Fashion Show starts every day at 17:00 to 22:00.

Meanwhile for the Fashion Exhibition which will be held at the Atrium of Tunjungan Plaza 3 UG floor starts at 10.00 to 21.00.

“SFP not only presents fashion show but also there will be fashion exhibition for the designers to sell their collection and be able to interact with the fashion lovers who wants to complete their own collection, and of course with special price to offer,” said Yudith Oei, Marcomm of Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya.

Beside the main theme ‘Fusione’, SFP also presents daily themes for fashion show stage. Here are the daily fashion show themes, ‘Moslem and Modest Wear’, ‘Ethnic’, ‘Urban’, also ‘Cocktail and Evening Gown’, “We added new theme which will accomodate fashion for men, we call it ‘Mens Fashion’ which will be participated by men outfit designers from all over Indonesia,” said Alphania Candrajani, Chairman of IFC Chapter Surabaya. sum
